☀ Summer was the perfect opportunity for the InovaYa team, a water treatment company, to get together for a seminar. Since January, we've welcomed 8 new talents to the team and a number of structuring projects. It was time for us to take a well-deserved break on our own premises.

We came together for 3 days to strengthen our ties and reflect on our next steps in water treatment.

The program included inspiring workshops and fun activities, all under the banner of collaboration and creativity. The working sessions were highlights for our team, fostering fruitful exchanges that enriched our strategic thinking.

These workshops also enabled us to identify new avenues for improvement, so that we can continue to innovate and advance our water treatment business.

But this seminar was also an opportunity to strengthen our team cohesion, to spend some convivial moments, to take the time to discover our newcomers (and above all to have a lot of fun!).
