We are proud to announce the launch of Odalie, our joint venture subsidiary with the SAUR Group for grey water treatment. An innovative solution dedicated to water issues in the real estate sector. This innovative initiative tackles a major issue: the treatment of grey water in buildings.

After several months of engineering, InovaYa has developed a unique solution: a gray water treatment unit. It will significantly reduce buildings' drinking water consumption and water footprint.

Thanks to theAquapod™, new buildings can now recover and reuse up to 45% of their grey water. This water comes from showers, washbasins and washing machines. Aimed at residences, hotels and tertiary buildings, this innovation facilitates more responsible water management. By offering a concrete alternative to drinking water abstraction, it is part of a sustainable construction approach.

This pioneering initiative in the French water sector has taken on a new dimension. At the Low Carbon Real Estate Exhibition (SIBCA in French) a framework contract was signed with Bouygues Immobilier. This strategic collaboration formalizes a significant step forward in sustainable solutions. It also highlights the integration of grey water treatment into real estate projects from an environmental point of view.
