The year 2024 was a busy one for InovaYa, a water treatment company. It was punctuated by major changes. Meaningful projects and an ever-stronger ambition: to preserve water resources and make them accessible to all.

An emotional human transition.
This year, we said goodbye to Guillaume Lonchampone of the co-founders of InovaYa. His investment in the creation and structuring of our water treatment company was decisive. He leaves behind a strong vision, which we will continue to bring to life.
At the same time, a new page is being turned with the arrival ofOlivier Gatti as Managing Director. His arrival was in line with our ongoing mission. We want to strengthen our impact and take our commitment to water treatment even further.

A growing team, accelerating projects.
In 2024, our water treatment company experienced significant internal growth. Indeed, 17 new talents with varied profiles joined the adventure. They enrich our team with their skills and energy. This diversity is our strength: it fuels our creativity and our ability to rise to challenges.

Projects:

• Development of 3 digital tools to facilitate management and monitoring of our water treatment systems.
• Development of a new pilot unit in French Guiana foraccess to drinking water. We have also developed several pilot units for water treatment in the building industry.
• Creation ofOdaliea subsidiary with the Saur group for water treatment in the building industry.

This year, InovaYa won the new IMPACT 40 index for future green unicorns with a social and ecological impact. This means "an impact company less than 10 years old that generates more than 50 million euros in avoided costs for society per year".

In July, our water treatment company took part in the consultation for the drafting of a decree. This is thedecree of July 12, 2024 on the reuse of water unfit for human consumption (EICH in French).
In addition, InovaYa is a member of the Business Climate Agreement (CEC in French). The CEC is a public-interest association that supports groups of business leaders in transforming their business models to meet the environmental and social challenges of the 21st century.

Together, we have risen to great challenges, brought meaningful projects to fruition and helped build a more sustainable future.
